‘Sole to Soul’ provides a fun and nurturing whole health retreat experience for women seeking to deepen their love for God, and to guide them to the heights of that which He has called. This retreat is located in Peoria, IL (about 3 hours southwest of Chicago) at the beautiful Freedom4Life’s home that is reminiscent of Frank Llyod Wright.
Early Bird pricing through Jan. 31.d retreat includes:

Garden City, ID January-May, 2020
Come and worship God with your mind, body and soul through Scripture, music and movement. This donation-based slow flow yoga class incorporates restorative poses at the end of each session. Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm in room 8 at Vineyard Boise 4950 North Bradley Street, Garden City, ID, 83714. Class is weekly now until May 21, 2020.
Using the blueprint of the Tabernacle, the wisdom of yoga theories on energy and chakras, and the science of the body+mind connection, you will learn a deeply embodied template for sequencing yoga classes on this training retreat. This embodied blueprint will allow you to guide your students into an awareness of where they are now, where they want to go, and how to get there on the yoga mat.
This training qualifies for 25 continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance (20 contact hours + 5 non-contact hours).

This spiritual retreat is for women of faith who are ready to explore the depths of God’s love and grace through Christian meditation practices from a Hebraic perspective.
This quiet retreat is designed to support those who are observe lent or those who would like to pause and allow time for self-reflection and examination.
Christian meditation from a Hebraic perspective, prayer, interactive sessions, and quiet time will be the focus on this retreat. There will be time to experience God more personally with periods of meditation, simple teachings, and time for sharing and discussion
The style of the weekend is relaxed, informative and participative. It allows time to develop friendships and a sense of community. During your quiet time you may explore the beautiful grounds of Bon Secours which includes an outdoor labyrinth, chapel, garden, and so much more.
Our interactive sessions during the retreat are designed to educate and to assist you with your meditative journey even if you’re just starting.
