And so we will enter into this holiday season with gratitude, practicing our yoga both on, and off, the mat.  Breath, life, love, art, beauty, friends, family, community, Creation, health, nourishment (for body and soul) and Jesus, these are just some of things for which I am grateful.
Will you count your blessings with me?
This season, I pray that you will take time to get still, slowing down long enough to take in each of the blessings poured out and pointing you back to the love of your Creator.
