The Christian Yoga Association (CYA) invites certified yoga teachers to expand their training with our 25-hour Christian Yoga Teacher Training, designed specifically for instructors who have completed a foundational yoga certification but have not yet been trained in Christian Yoga.

This online, virtual training bridges the gap between secular yoga education and Christ-centered teaching, equipping you with the tools, confidence, and spiritual grounding to lead classes rooted in Biblical truth and Holy Spirit guidance.

This training is inclusive and adaptive for any level practitioner.

Flexible Online Learning

This training is delivered in a hybrid virtual format, combining:

• Live (synchronous) sessions for connection and real-time instruction
  • Sat/Sun: Sept. 26-27, 2026, 10am – 2 pm pst
  • Weekend will be recorded and available if unable to attend live
• Self-paced (asynchronous) online instruction (videos and lesson) for flexibility and integration

Learn from anywhere while staying supported, engaged, and spiritually grounded. Instructors include Registered Christian Yoga Trainers (R-CYAT), Authors and Pastors.

Certification + Continuing Education

Upon completion, you will receive:

• A 25-hour Christian Yoga Certification (CYA)
• Eligible Continuing Education Credits (CECs / CEUs)
