Created as a 60 minutes one on one session by Certified Yoga Therapist, Michelle Thielen, C-IAYT, R-CYATH, but can be used for a general class or small group yoga therapy session as well. This class should be done in the late afternoon or evening, preferably where the student/client doesn’t have to drive or commute. An in-home session or virtual session is also encouraged when possible.
