I’ve learned so much from a deep dive into the book How Not to Die by Michael Greger, MD, and Gene Stone. It examines plant-based diets that prevent and actually reverse diseases.

Many of these recipes have stemmed from my research in ayurveda, nutrition, digestion and how a plant-based diet can eliminate diseases, even stage four cancer, diabetes, heart disease and so much more. Of course each recipe can be adapted to your specific dietary needs. Many of the recipes are specific in the prevention of these diseases, most include why and the benefits of the foods, herbs and nuts.
