Registered Christian Yoga Association Therapy School, R-CYATS
Annual Membership and credentials for R-CYATS is $350 per year with a 2 year minimum registry. A 3 or 5 year membership is recommended. -
24 Christian Yoga Class Outlines: Two a Month Based on the Season and Holidays Save time with 24 already-done Christian Yoga Class Themes. You'll receive 2 Class Outlines for each month while the months of January, September, November, and December, have been expanded with a detailed 60 minute classes. -
Created as a 60 minutes one on one session by Certified Yoga Therapist, Michelle Thielen, C-IAYT, R-CYATH, but can be used for a general class or small group yoga therapy session as well. This class should be done in the late afternoon or evening, preferably where the student/client doesn’t have to drive or commute. An in-home session or virtual session is also encouraged when possible. -
